The present invention provides a method for making multi-layer ice substance. Firstly, a first ice substance in liquid form is filled into a plural container in a first mold. The first mold filled with the first ice substance is soaked in a cooling trough to make the entire containers of the first mold be soaked in a cooling liquid in the cooling trough. Before the first ice substance is solidified, each container is inserted with an ice rod into the first ice substance. After all the first ice substances in the containers completely become first ice pillars, the solid ice pillars are pulled out of the containers by the ice rods. Secondly, a second ice substance in liquid form is filled into a plural container in a second mol. Then, the second mold filled with the second ice substance is soaked in the cooling trough to make the entire containers of the second mold be soaked in the cooling liquid in the cooling trough. After each bottom of container of the second mold has a thin ice layer been formed therein, the first solid ice pillars are inserted into the containers of the second mold one by one to have bottoms of the first solid ice pillars respectively firmly touched and positioned on the thin ice layers. After all the second ice substances in the containers become multi-layer ice pillars, the multi-layer ice pillars are pulled out of the second mold by the ice rods.本發明之多層冰條之製作方法,其主要將液態之內層冰料充填至一內層冰模之多個容槽中,將已充填該內層冰料的該內層冰模放置於一冷卻槽內,並使該內層冰模的該些容槽沈浸於該冷卻槽的一冷卻液中,在該些內層冰料凝固之前,分別插設一拔冰棍於每一容槽的該內層冰料中。於該內層冰模的每一容槽內的該內層冰料全部凝結為固態之一內層冰柱後,利用該拔冰棍將該些內層冰柱由該內層冰模之該些容槽中取出。然後,將液態之外層冰料充填至一外層冰模之多個容槽中,將已充填該外層冰料的該外層冰模放置於該冷卻槽內,並使該外層冰模之該些容槽沈浸於該冷卻槽的該冷卻液中,在該外層冰模之每一容槽中的該外層冰料的底部凝固形成一薄冰層之後,將該些內層冰柱一對一地對應插入該外層冰模之該些容槽中,並使該些內層冰柱的底面接觸並固著於該外層冰模中對應容槽中的該薄冰層上,於該外層冰模之每一容槽中的該外層冰料全部凝結為固態之一多層冰條後,利用該拔冰棍將該些多層冰條由該外層冰模之該些容槽中取出。16‧‧‧冷卻槽17‧‧‧冷卻液18‧‧‧解凍槽19‧‧‧解凍液20‧‧‧外層冰模21‧‧‧容槽22‧‧‧平台23‧‧‧握把24‧‧‧開口25‧‧‧外層冰料30‧‧‧拔冰棍31‧‧‧多層冰條250‧‧‧薄冰層
