The present invention relates to a shapeable ice pack, which comprises a pack body and a plurality of particles. The pack body is provided with a space for holding the plural particles, and each particle comprises one inner layer substance and one wrapping layer over the outer surface of the inner layer substance. Also, each particle is made on the condition that the wrapping layer stays in a liquid state to further wrap the inner layer substance in a solid state, and is able to become liquid and solid phases depending on the various external temperatures. In other words, each particle may vary in a low or high temperature with its different phases.
