The inner filling layer contains non-ice ingredients. The ice layer coats the inner filling layer. The surface covering layer covers the surface of the ice layer and contains non-ice ingredients. The edible granule layer is distributed on the surface of the surface covering layer and comprises a plurality of edible granules.
