PURPOSE: A medium composition containing rumen content is provided to activate growth of Bacillus and yeast and to improve the activity of cellulase and xylanase.CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for microorganism fermentation contains rumen content. The enzyme activity is improved by adding Bacillus or yeast strain into the medium composition.
