PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concentrated milk-like oil-in-water emulsified oil-and-fat composition having flavor and emulsion stability in cooling-freezing time while lowering costs.SOLUTION: The concentrated milk-like oil-in-water emulsified oil-and-fat composition contains 5-65 wt.% of oil-and-fat and 0.5-35 wt.% of nonfat milk solid content. The oil-and-fat contains 90-100 wt.% of liquid oil-and-fat.
