PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide macrobiotic foodstuff attaining overall ingestion of crispy and crunchy foodstuff containing grain, vegetables, fish and seaweed in one meal to be eaten over a wide age group from infants to the aged.SOLUTION: Kneaded foodstuff (1) stored in a foodstuff container (C) is allowed to flow down into a form (B) arranged on a carrier base (A) and formed in oval shape, and then the kneaded foodstuff (1) is compressed in a press mold (D).
