A process of making bamboo shoot cupcake, comprising the steps of preparing the needed materials and ingredients, preparing the dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking powder), creaming the butter, sugar and eggs, mixing the creamed mixture and the dry ingredients, adding grated/shredded bamboo shoots in the mixture, baking the bamboo shoots mixture in a preheated oven, removing the baked bamboo shoots cupcake from the heat and let it cool and put it in the desired cupcake container box
