PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dietary supplement with a cancer inhibition effect, produced by mixing fine powder of mature garlic and ultrafine powder of laver into fine powder of bamboo, and molding the mixture into powder, capsules, granules, or tablets.SOLUTION: The dietary supplement is a health supplement to drink, and is mainly made from bamboo materials such as moso bamboo, Japanese bamboo and arrow bamboo. The dietary supplement is produced by mixing single-cell garlic 2S and porphyran, a water-retaining substance of laver fine powder 3S, into powder of the bamboo materials granulated into 10-200 micron fine powders 1S by using bamboo-fiber chopped strands in a state of fibrillated fiber obtained by dissociating cellulose and hemicellulose forming cell walls from lignin to make a mixture, and granularly molding the mixture.
