PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which can keep pleasantness after excretion while ensuring absorption performance after the excretion.SOLUTION: A crotch expanding and contracting part 130 which expands and contracts in a product longitudinal direction is arranged in the inside of a leg opening expanding and contracting part 75 of a disposable diaper in a product width direction. An absorbent core 40a has a narrow width part 41 in which a length in the product width direction in the absorbent core is the shortest and a wide width part 42 located in the outside of the narrow width part in the product width direction. The crotch expanding and contracting part and the narrow width part are located inside in the product longitudinal direction with respect to a waist holding part.
