PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which can achieve a wearing feeling close to the wearing feeling of underwear and specifically a comfortable fitting feeling as the disposable diaper does not disturb movements of a wearer while maintaining comfort and absorption performance after excretion.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 10 includes: a leg expanding and contracting part formed along a leg opening part and a pair of crotch expanding and contracting parts which are respectively disposed on both outer sides in a product width direction relative to a center of the product width direction of an absorber in a crotch area and can expand and contract in a product longitudinal direction or the product width direction.
