To provide a low-cost absorbent pad for preventing loose passage leakage, capable of appropriately preventing leakage of loose passage.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 1 for preventing loose passage leakage comprises columnar first auxiliary absorbers 50 arranged one by one along the longitudinal direction in both end parts in the width direction on a body side surface of a top sheet 20, and columnar second auxiliary absorbers 60 having any type of a linear type, an arc type and a folding line type, and arranged in the front side and/or rear side of the first auxiliary absorber 50. The first auxiliary absorber 50 and the second auxiliary absorber 60 have an absorber layer and a liquid permeable surface material covering the absorber layer, and the cross section shape of the first auxiliary absorber 50 and the second auxiliary absorber 60 is roughly rectangular or roughly circular.
