PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad for low body weight infants which can be used while suppressing interference to a medical treatment, and in which excrement leaks hardly.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad (1) for low body weight infants comprises: an absorber (2)； a skin side sheet (3) arranged closer to the skin side than the absorber (2)； and an exterior sheet (6) arranged closer to the non-skin side than the absorber (2).
