PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which, a skin care agent hardly moves to a lower side with a body fluid through apertures, and even when return of the body fluid occurs through the aperture, skin trouble hardly occurs, in which the skin care agent can be stably held in a surface sheet, and the skin care agent can be efficiently transmitted to a skin during wearing of the absorbent article.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises a liquid permeable surface sheet 10. The surface sheet 10 comprises an uneven structure in which protrusions 3 which protrude to a skin facing side are dispersed in an in-plane direction. There are apertures 5 on bottom parts 4 between the protrusions 3. A skin care agent 8 is provided on a skin facing surface side of the surface sheet 10.
