PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of stably holding skin care agents, regardless of using a sheet with through-holes for a surface sheet, and having excellent continuousness of skin care effects.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 10 according to the present invention includes: a surface sheet 12 disposed on a skin-facing side a back surface sheet 13 disposed at a skin non-facing side an absorber 14 disposed between both sheets and a second sheet 15 disposed between the surface sheet 12 and the absorber 14. The surface sheet 12 includes a porous area in which through-holes are formed in a scattered manner. The second sheet 15 has skin care agent presence areas Rd and Re, and an absence area Rn.
