PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve preferable skin touch feeling and reduce a liquid residual on a surface.SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 is configured so that an absorber 4 is interposed between a liquid permeable surface sheet 3 and a rear surface sheet 2. In the liquid permeable surface sheet 3, many salient parts 10 which are swollen to a skin side are formed with a gap, and in the surrounding of the salient parts 10, embossment parts 11 compressed from a skin side, and aperture holes 12 penetrating the liquid permeable surface sheet 3, are independently formed. On the peripheral edges of the aperture holes 12, skin side extension parts 13 projecting to the skin side at height lower than height of the salient parts 10, are formed.
