PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cultivation bag for mushrooms excellent in productivity of the cultivation bag itself while maintaining production efficiency of the mushrooms, and to provide the cultivation bag.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the cultivation bag 1 includes a conveyance step, printing step and cutting step. In the conveyance step, a belt-like bag material is conveyed to one direction. In the printing step, sequential printing is performed on a site to be a side part in a state of using the cultivation bag to the conveyed bag material, by using a paint containing a light-shielding pigment along the conveying direction of the cultivation bag.
