The present utility model discloses a method of producing fish (Schomber schombrus) pastillas comprising the steps of cleaning the fish, steaming the fish, mincing the fish, measuring the fish, powdered milk, condensed milk and granulated sugar, sifting the powdered milk and granulated sugar, adding the minced fish to other measured ingredients in a large bowl, mixing the mixture of ingredients thoroughly until even consistency is achieved, molding the mixture into desired shape and size, packaging the pastillas and storing in cool dry place or in the chiller. The present fish (Schomber schombrus) pastillas is more nutritive than the other common desserts because of the added fish which enhanced its protein, vitamins and essential minerals contents.
