PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating a mushroom in a mushroom bed in which repeating works such as opening and sealing of bags or containers including the mushroom bed while it is done from spawn inoculation to harvest of fruiting bodies, and works such as bag-breaking, bag-cutting at the time of germination are decreased/reduced, and a mushroom bed cultivation bag used for the same.SOLUTION: A method for cultivating a mushroom in a mushroom bed comprises a step of covering a solid medium 1 to which mushroom spawn is inoculated with a polyvinyl alcohol film. Moisture supply to the solid medium while it is done from the covering step to harvest of fruiting bodies can be performed by water-supply from outside of a cultivation bag 2 made of the polyvinyl alcohol film covering the solid medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】種菌接種後、子実体の収穫までの間に行う、菌床をいれた袋又は容器の開封、密封などの繰り返し作業、さらに発芽などに際して行う袋破り、袋カットなどの作業を低減、削減できる菌床栽培方法、及び当該栽培方法に用いるキノコ菌床栽培用袋を提供する。【解決手段】キノコの種菌が接種された固体培地1を、ポリビニルアルコールフィルムで被覆する工程を含む。前記被覆工程後、子実体の収穫までの間に行う前記固体培地への水分供給は、被覆しているポリビニルアルコールフィルム製栽培用袋2の外側からの給水により行うことができる。【選択図】図1
