PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom spawning machine which enables the diameter of a spawning mechanism to upsize while simultaneously spawning into all cultivation containers contained in a tray.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a tray 30 containing cultivation containers 20 in gridlike fashion, a transportation part 40, a cap-connecting and detaching part 50 connecting and detaching a cap 24 to a bottle mouth 22, and a nozzle mechanism 60 spawning into the cultivation containers 20, the cap-connecting and detaching part 50 having a first and second cap-connecting and detaching part 55A and 55B which respectively connect and detach the caps 24 of the cultivation containers 20 which are divided into two groups of one side and another side in the column direction of the tray 30, and a cylinder 56 for transferring a connecting and detaching unit which evacuates these in the direction different to each other from the upper side position of the tray 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 トレイ内に収容されているすべての栽培容器に同時に種菌を接種すると共に、種菌接種機構の大径化を可能にするきのこ種菌接種機を提供すること。【解決手段】 栽培容器２０を格子状配列で収容するトレイ３０と、搬送部４０と、キャップ２４を瓶口２２に脱着するキャップ脱着部５０と、栽培容器２０に種菌を接種するノズル機構６０とを備え、キャップ脱着部５０は、トレイ３０の列方向における一方の側と他方の側の２群にグループ分けされた栽培容器２０のキャップ２４をそれぞれ脱着する第１，第２キャップ脱着ユニット５５Ａ，５５Ｂと、これらをトレイ３０の上側位置から互いに異なる方向に退避させる脱着ユニット移動用シリンダ５６と、を有していることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
