PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of a mushroom spawn-inoculating machine capable of increasing the number of processing of spawn-inoculation to a cultivation bottle per unit time despite being inexpensive.SOLUTION: There is provided a mushroom spawn-inoculating machine having: a container conveyance part which conveys a container housing cultivation bottles, to which caps are attached, in a matrix form arrangement a bottle shoulder pressing part which presses a bottle shoulder of the cultivation bottle in the container a cap attaching/detaching part which removes the cap of the cultivation bottle from a bottle mouth and then attach the cap and a spawn-inoculating part which moves into the cultivation bottle 20 from the bottle mouth from which the cap is removed and inoculates spawn into a culture medium, and then retracts from the bottle mouth.
