The present invention relates to a method of cultivating mushrooms using a bottle cap having a perforated hole formed on an edge part thereof. A method of cultivating mushrooms using a bottle cap of the present invention is capable of providing mushrooms that are free of spoiling due to germs, have excellent qualities, and have a constant size in fruiting bodies to enable standardization. After completing a cultivation process, the cap of the cultivation bottom is replaced with a new perforated cap of the cultivation bottle, an inlet of the cultivation bottle is closed, and processes of germinating, growing, and harvesting the mushrooms are performed. Therefore, the mushrooms obtained through such processes have a merit of having very excellent merchantability, since the mushrooms have a predetermined shape by forming the fruiting bodies only through a hole formed in the top of the cultivation bottle.본 발명은 가장자리 부위에 천공된 구멍을 갖는 병뚜껑을 이용한 버섯의 병재배 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 병재배 방법에 의하면, 병균에 의한 부패가 없고, 품질이 우수하며, 자실체의 크기가 일정하여 규격화가 가능한 버섯을 제공할 수 있다.
