PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom bed, a method for cultivating and maturing a spawn, and a cultivation method for mushrooms, for efficiently carrying out the cultivation of the mushrooms in quality, cost, and labor.SOLUTION: The mushroom bed 4 is obtained by hermetically sealing a mixture obtained by mixing an additive and water with crushed fragments of tree in a bag 2 formed to have a cylindrical shape having a diameter of 7-12 cm and a length of 25-60 cm when being packed with the mixture, subjecting the whole of the bag to heat sterilization from outside, opening three to five holes 5 having a diameter of 2-3 cm at nearly equal intervals in the surface of the cylinder of the surrounding bag 2 in the vertical direction, and inoculating the spawn 6 of the mushrooms in the holes 5. Watering in a wide range is radially carried out by deeply inserting an elongated nozzle into the axis to prevent the drying of the mushroom bed 4, and, as a result, the mushrooms are grown up from a large cylindrical area of the mushroom bed 4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】茸類栽培を品質的にもコスト的にも労力的にも効率よく行うための、菌床、種菌培養熟成方法および茸栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】樹木の粉砕片に添加物や水を配合したものを詰め込むと直径7~12cm、長さ25~60cmのほぼ円筒形になる袋2に密封し、全体を外から加熱殺菌した後、包んでいる袋2の円筒表面縦方向に、ほぼ等間隔に3~5ヶの直径2~3cmの穴5を開け、その穴の中に茸類の種菌6を植菌した菌床4とする。また、菌床4の乾燥防止も細長いノズルを軸心に深く挿し込み広い範囲に放射状に給水が可能で菌床の広い円筒面積から茸の発生が可能となる。【選択図】図2
