PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when such a care as changing a diaper and cleaning a lower body of a bedridden person to be cared is performed, a care worker has to work while raising the legs of the person to be cared.SOLUTION: A lying-on-the back and leg-opening maintaining implement is made by providing a pair of left and right holes with a diameter of 15 cm through which the legs pass in the lower end direction of a sheet with a thickness of about 0.2-3 cm consisting of a flexible synthetic resin such as a polyurethane with a rectangle with a width of 70 cm and a depth of 60 cm, and a round hole with a diameter of 20 cm from which a head is projected at the center in the upper end direction. When the legs are passed through a pair of left and right holes through which the legs pass to the knees of the legs, and furthermore, it is bent upward and is pulled to the head direction and the head is passed through the holes through which the head passes from the lower side to the upper side, and it is hung on the neck, as the implement is pulled together at three points such as the neck, the backs of the knees, even when a person to be cared is under an exhausted condition, the posture of the lying-on-the back and leg opening is kept.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】寝たきりの被介助者のオムツ交換や下半身の清浄などの介助をするとき、介助する人は被介助者の足をもちあげながら作業をしなければならなかった。【解決手段】被介助者に仰臥開脚維持具を装着すれば、被介助者の足は仰臥開脚の姿勢が維持される。【選択図】図1
