Therefore, the composition comprising the Moringa oleifera supercritical fluid extract and the unsaturated fatty acid as active ingredients is useful as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating an infectious disease caused by Staphylococcus aureus biofilm, a health food composition for preventing or treating an infectious disease caused by Staphylococcus aureus biofilm, a cosmetic composition for antimicrobial use, and a coating composition for inhibiting formation of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm.본 발명은 모링가 초임계 유체 추출물 및 이의 불포화 지방산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 바이오필름 형성 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 모링가 잎과 종자의 초임계 유체 추출물 및 이의 불포화 지방산인 시스-11-에이코센산 및 시스-11,14-에이코사디엔산은 황색포도상구균의 바이오필름 형성을 억제하고, 특히, 모링가 잎 초임계 유체 추출물 및 시스-11-에이코센산은 황색포도상구균의 독소 생산을 억제하며, 황색포도상구균에 의한 인간 적혈구 용혈 활성을 억제할 수 있다.따라서, 상기 모링가 초임계 유체 추출물 및 이의 불포화 지방산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 황색포도상구균 바이오필름에 의해서 유발되는 감염성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 황색포도상구균 바이오필름에 의해서 유발되는 감염성 질환 예방 또는 개선용 건강식품 조성물, 항균용 화장료 조성물 및 황색포도상구균 바이오필름 형성을 억제하기 위한 코팅용 조성물로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
