A fat or oil composition containing the following ingredients (A) and (B): (A) 100 parts by weight of a fat or oil containing 15 wt. % or more of diacylglycerols having, in the constituent fatty acids thereof, an unsaturated fatty acid content of 80 wt. % or more, a conjugated linoleic acid content of from 2 to 92 wt. %, and an &omega；3 unsaturated fatty acid content of less than 15 wt. %； having a monoacylglycerol content of 5 wt. % or less and a free fatty acid content of 5 wt. % or less； and containing 1,3-diacylglycerol/1,2-diacylglycerol at a weight ratio of from 1 to 5； and (B) from 0.001 to 2 parts by weight of a tocopherol.다음의 성분 (A) 및 (B) :(A) 구성 지방산 중의 불포화 지방산 함량이 80 중량％ 이상, 공액 리놀레산 함량이 2 ∼ 92 중량％, 또한 ω3 계 불포화 지방산 함량이 15 중량％ 미만인 디아실글리세롤을 15 중량％ 이상 함유하고, 모노아실글리세롤 함량이 5 중량％ 이하, 유리 지방산 함량이 5 중량％ 이하이며, 1,3-디아실글리세롤/1,2디아실글리세롤의 중량비가 1 ∼ 5 인 유지 100 중량부(B) 토코페롤 0.001 ∼ 2 중량부를 함유하는 유지 조성물.
