To provide a radiation detector capable of effectively discharging an electric charge causing unevenness in a radiation image to the outside in comparison with a case where a wiring for connecting a charge discharge layer to the ground of a cassette casing or the like passes through the outside of the side of a substrate, even when a flexible base material is used for the substrate and to provide a radiation image photographing device.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 10 includes a sensor substrate 12 which has a pixel area 15 on the first surface 14A of a flexible base material 14 made of resin, a conversion layer 30 which is provided in the partial area including the pixel area 15 of the first surface 14A and converts radiation into light, at least one of an adhesive layer 35 which is provided on the surface on the side of the conversion layer 30 of a laminate 33 in which the sensor substrate 12 and the conversion layer 30 are laminated and an antistatic layer 40 which is provided in a second surface 14B opposite to the first surface 14A, and a wiring 50 which is electrically connected to the charge discharge layer.
