First buttons 3A nd 6A are provided on a front side surface of the first substrate 30a, and a first conductive part 38A is provided on a back side surface of the first substrate 30a. Second buttons 3B and 6B are provided on a front side surface of the second substrate 30c, and a second conductive part 38B is provided on a back side surface of the second substrate 30c.
