PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article being easily and surely peeled off after the wetting by excretory substances even if using a material with low wet strength for a release sheet.
SOLUTION: A liquid permeable auxiliary sheet 21 provided to be peeled off from a body part is interposed between a liquid permeable release sheet 20 constituting a skin contact surface and the body part located in the back side of the release sheet 20 and being a part including an absorber 56. The auxiliary sheet 21 has a plurality of through-holes (h) penetrating through the front/back direction and has the higher wet tensile strength in the front/rear direction than that of the release sheet 20. The release sheet 20 is stuck to the surface of the body part via the through-holes (h) and is non-stuck to the surface of the auxiliary sheet 21 at least at parts other than the adjacency of the through-holes (h).
