PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having high permeability and absorbency of a highly viscous liquid such as menstrual blood or soft feces and having high concealing property for the absorbed blood or feces.
SOLUTION: A liquid permeable sheet 4b composed of a fabric material is arranged between a surface sheet 2 opposing to the skin of a wearer and absorbent bodies 4. The sheet having a plurality of liquid permeable opening holes formed with the opening rate of 1-60% is used as the surface sheet 2. The sheet which has density of 0.03-0.6 g/cm
3 and thickness of 0.005-1.0 mm, and which is colored with cool color where L* is &ge65 in an L*C*h color system, C* is over zero, and h is over 90° and under 360° is used as the liquid permeable sheet 4b. It is preferable that the surface sheet 2 is composed of the sheet with a non-woven fabric adopted as a base material therein.
