A long carbonaceous material cylinder 20 including an activated carbon precursor 21 with an average particle diameter of 0.2-200 &mum and a binder 22 wherein holes (2) are formed along the lengthwise direction LD1 thereof, furthermore, enables the distribution of the fluid along inward/outward directions RD1 of the carbonaceous material cylinder 20.
