PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder of a seed or the like capable of accurately performing seeding, fertilization or the like of pasture seeds, fertilizer or the like when performing update work of a pasture or the like, and excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A feeder includes: a distribution cylinder 12 connected to a lower part of a storage part holding seeds, fertilizer or the like, formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape such that the seeds or the like fed from the storage part stay, and bored with a plurality of feeding holes 13 at constant intervals in positions along a peripheral edge part on the inner side of a bottom face part a rotary disk 20 rotatably mounted above the bottom face part 12B of the distribution cylinder 12, having a plurality of metering holes 24 in an outer circumferential part bored in positions in which the metering holes 24 pass above the feeding holes 13, and rotating to drop the seeds or the like into the feeding holes 13 a fixed disk 30 fixed and mounted above the rotary disk 20, bored with passage holes 32 of the seeds or the like in an outer circumferential part thereof, which are bored in positions not coinciding with the feeding holes 13 of the distribution cylinder 12 and a stirring part 40 mounted above the fixed disk 30, and being able to rotate together with the rotary disk 20.
