The invention relates to a digital video-capillaroscope used in medicine for non-invasive early diagnosis. According to the invention, the video-capillaroscope consists of an optical fibre adapter (1) which, at one end of the optical fiber, is optically connected with the objective of a camera and to the light source of a smart phone, to collect static or dynamic images of the sublingual capillaries and buccal mucosa, and at the end meant to take over the images from the buccal cavity, it is provided with a transparent plastic cover (2) with spherical tip, detachably fixed, the video-capillaroscope also having some RGB LEDs for illumination, with spatial distribution of pixel values, separately for each colour channel.Invenţia se referă la un videocapilaroscop digital utilizat în medicină, pentru indicarea unui diagnostic precoce, neinvaziv. Videocapilaroscopul conform invenţiei constă dintr-un adaptor cu fibră optică (1), adaptor care, la un capăt al fibrei optice, este conectat optic cu obiectivul unei camere foto şi la sursa de lumină ale unui telefon inteligent, în vederea captării de imagini statice sau dinamice ale capilarelor sublinguale şi mucoasei bucale, iar la capătul destinat preluării imaginilor din cavitatea bucală este prevăzut cu un capac (2) de plastic transparent, cu vârf sferic, fixat detaşabil, videocapilaroscopul având, de asemenea, nişte leduri RGB pentru iluminare cu distribuţie spaţială a valorilor pixelilor, separat pentru fiecare canal de culoare.
