PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a polyamine or polyamine composition at a high yield from a highly safe plant material, because a polyamine or polyamine composition has been used in application of health, cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical, but a method enough for preparing a polyamine or polyamine composition is not established.SOLUTION: A preparation method of a polyamine composition comprises the steps: (1) subjecting a plant and/or plant extract to acid condition and (2) separating a liquid fraction.【課題】ポリアミン又はポリアミン組成物は、健康、化粧品、食品、医薬品用途に利用されつつある。しかし、ポリアミン又はポリアミン組成物を調製するための十分な方法は確立されていない。本発明の目的は、安全性が高い植物素材から高収率でポリアミン又はポリアミン組成物を調製する方法を提供することである。【解決手段】（１）植物及び／又は植物抽出物を酸性条件下に処す工程と、（２）液体画分を分離する工程とを含むことを特徴とするポリアミン組成物の調製方法を提供する。【選択図】 なし
