By blending liposomal rice bran oil, glycerin, and polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 2000 to 5000, it is able to obtain a lotion composition in which, although being blended with rice bran oil capable of giving the skin a sufficient moist feeling, the lotion composition does not feel a sticky sense after being applied or dried, so as to improve the smoothness of skin. The lotion composition further comprises trimethylglycine.
