PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vegetable-containing fermented food and drink from which vegetable smell is removed and superior in palatability, in order to have vegetables necessary for maintaining human health ingested easily, and to provide a method for producing the food and the drink.SOLUTION: The vegetable-containing fermented food and drink is obtained by lactic-fermenting a fermentation raw material which contains dairy products and vegetable products with animal lactic acid bacteria and vegetable lactic acid bacteria.
