PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit juice-containing beverage product excellent in aroma and having high stability by effectively suppressing photodegradation of aroma and a taste component during production, distribution, preservation and the like and avoiding the influence of a photodegradation suppression component on refreshing aroma inherent in the fruit juice-containing beverage itself as much as possible even in the case of a fruit juice-containing beverage (exclusive of citrus fruit beverage) packed in a light permeable container or the like.SOLUTION: The fruit juice-containing beverage product having effectively suppressed photodegradation, excellent aroma and high stability even in the form of a fruit juice-containing beverage packed in a light permeable container or the like is provided by blending and incorporating tocopherol, rutin and enzyme-treated rutin so that respective content ratios are 0.00006 to 0.03 wt% of tocopherol, 0.0000005 to 0.0005 wt% of rutin and 0.00002 to 0.01 wt% of enzyme-treated rutin based on the total amount of the beverage in a fruit juice-containing beverage (exclusive of citrus fruit beverage).SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】光透過性容器詰め等の果汁含有飲料(柑橘系飲料を除く)においても、果汁含有飲料の香味、味覚成分の、製造、流通、保存等における光劣化を効果的に抑制し、しかも、果汁含有飲料自体の本来の香味である爽やかな香味への光劣化抑制成分の影響を極力回避し、香気に優れ、安定性の高い果汁含有飲料製品を提供すること。【解決手段】果汁含有飲料(柑橘系飲料を除く)において、飲料全量に対して、トコフェロールを0.00006~0.03重量%、ルテインを0.0000005~0.0005重量%、及び酵素処理ルチンを0.00002~0.01重量%の含有割合となるように配合含有させることにより、光透過性容器詰め等の果汁含有飲料の形態においても、有効に光劣化を抑制し、香気に優れ、安定性の高い果汁含有飲料製品を提供する。【選択図】なし
