PURPOSE: Herbal cookies having excellent flavor and taste, and a producing method thereof are provided to concentrate medical herbs into extracts for producing the cookies for increasing the content of active ingredients in the cookies.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of herbal cookies comprises the following steps: mixing 10-60wt% of flour, 10-25wt% of sugar, 10-30wt% of butter, 5-15wt% of fertile eggs, 4-40wt% of additives, and 0.1-10wt% of medical herb extracts molding the obtained dough into the predetermined shape baking the molded product at 100-150 deg C for 15-30 minutes and cooling the baked product at room temperature for 0.5-1 hour. The additives are crushed into powder having the particle size smaller than 100 meshes.
