PURPOSE: A production method of Korean traditional salt containing red ginseng is provided to use effective components of the red ginseng, and to remove the original bad smell and taste of the red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: Red ginseng is hot-water extracted at 95-105°;C for 15-25 minutes, mixed with saccharide-hydrolase for enzyme-reaction, and heated to obtain a red ginseng extract (S101,S102). Sea water is evaporated in an evaporation pond formed of foreshore soil in which Phragmites communis is planted until the salinity of the sea water is 20-30%, and settled in a settling pond to remove foreign substances (S201-1-3,S202). The red ginseng extract is mixed with the sea water without the foreign substances, and the mixture is heated and evaporated at 50-70°;C to obtain red ginseng concentrate (S301). The red ginseng concentrate is heated and evaporated at 80-150°;C, and bubbles are removed from the concentrate to extract Korean traditional salt (S302).
