Sea water is evaporated in an evaporation pond formed of foreshore soil in which Phragmites communis is planted until the salinity of the sea water is 20-30%, and settled in a settling pond to remove foreign substances (S201-1-3,S202). The red ginseng extract is mixed with the sea water without the foreign substances, and the mixture is heated and evaporated at 50-70°；C to obtain red ginseng concentrate (S301).
