The present invention relates to a leached tea containing medical herbs with an effect against indigestion and a manufacturing method thereof. The leached tea is prepared by grinding dried hawthorn, malt, and Galli Stomachichum Corium, respectively, mixing the ground materials, and packing the mixture as a tea bag. The leached tea containing medical herbs is brewed in water at high temperature, thereby improving palatability and emerging from the concept that medical herbs should be decocted for a long time, and thus extracting the medical herbs within the minimum time to allow convenient drinking.
