A method for manufacturing a fine-quality alkalized egg comprises the following steps: selecting and washing cracking-free duck/chicken eggs, preparing an impregnation liquid with black tea, sodium hydroxide, common salt, organic components of amino acid type zinc, iron, magnesium, calcium, and selenium, and water (for substituting the traditional impregnation liquid prepared with lead oxide or copper sulfate that is harmful to human body) for impregnation of a period of 8-40 days (8-20 days for chicken eggs and 30-40 days for duck eggs), and removing the eggs after the impregnation for drying and aging for four weeks to obtain healthy and delicious alkalized duck eggs that has clean and speckle free shell. For chicken eggs, after drying (at 50 DEG C for two hours), vacuum packaging is applied and storage is made for two weeks (for aging) to provide delicious and healthy alkalized chicken eggs. A low-cost and mass-productive manufacturing method is thus provided.
