A method for fabricating an alkalized egg comprises the following steps: a step of washing and cleaning a raw egg； a step of calcining eggshell into eggshell powder； a step of adding water to have the calcined eggshell powder dissolved in water, with addition of sodium chloride, so as to form a highly alkaline impregnation liquid； a step of adding a bivalent metal ion in the highly alkaline impregnation liquid to make the highly alkaline impregnation liquid form a highly alkaline impregnation liquid that contains the bivalent metal ion； a step of dipping the raw egg that has undertaken the step of washing and cleaning raw egg in the highly alkaline impregnation liquid that contains the bivalent metal ion for being modified into an alkalized egg； and a step of removing the alkalized egg that has been impregnated and completely finished to be placed, after being cleaned, for maturation.
