PURPOSE: A production method of apple gel drink having high contents of functional ingredients is provided to offer excellent functionality of apples. CONSTITUTION: 60 wt% of apple puree in 10 brix, 20 wt% of apple puree in 32 brix, 10 wt% of fish collagen, 1 wt% of polydextrose, 0.2 wt% of crystallized fructose, 0.1 wt% of citric acid, 0.2 wt% of vitamin C, 0.2 wt% of guar gum, 0.2 wt% of xanthan gum, 0.1 wt% of apple flavor, 0.5 wt% of hyaluronic acid KD, and 7.5 wt% of water are mixed. The mixture is dissolved to obtain apple gel drink.
