The invention relates to a nectar for the diet of diabetic patients. According to the invention, the nectar comprises 28...30% mashed fruit, such as apples, quinces, 68.5...70.5% water, 0.05...0.0573% potassium acesulphame and 0.009...0.010% ascorbic acid having a total glucidic content of 0.5%, at the most, the percentage being expressed by weight.Invenţia se referă la un nectar pentru dieta persoanelor diabetice. Nectarul conform invenţiei cuprinde, în procente masice, 28...30% piure de fructe de tip mere, gutui, 68,5...70,5% apă, 0,05...0,0573% acesulfam de potasiu şi 0,009...0,010% acid ascorbic, având un conţinut total de glucide de maximum 5%.
