PURPOSE: A production method of a food composition is provided to mix collagen, grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and tea to produce the composition. CONSTITUTION: Pig collagen liquid extracted from powder or pig skin, and pig collagen extracted from pig skin are mixed in a content ratio of 100:1 wt% or 100:100 wt%. The mixture is kneaded and molded (S1). The molded mixture is dried and crushed (S2). The powder is obtained by drying and crushing grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and tea. In the molding step, 0.01-15 wt% of lactic acid bacteria is additionally added for the total amount of a food composition. The grains are selected from white rice, brown rice, black rice, glutinous rice, barley, beans, red beans, sorghum, corn, adlay, and buckwheat. The food composition after the molding step is gel, pills, granules, or thin noodle strips.
