PURPOSE: A deodorant composition and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to solve the concern of degeneration by decay, and the concern of discoloration due to the persistence of antioxidant and the stable anti-virus capacity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a deodorant composition includes: a rice bran elution material acquisition stage of manufacturing the rice bran elution material by using the rice bran 500 parts by weight； a fermentation solution manufacturing step of manufacturing the fermentation solution by mixing the fermentation material comprising the rice bran elution material and the sugar and fermenting the mixed material during 15-20 days； and a mixing step of mixing 0.05 parts by weight to the rosemary water 0.01 with 0.03 parts by weight to the coco-betaine 0.01 and mixing the mixed material with the fermentation solution 100 parts by weight.본 발명은 쌀겨용출물, 당분 및 천일염을 포함하는 발효원료를 유용미생물(EM)을 이용하여 발효시킨 발효산물과 식물성 계면활성제로서 코코베타인 및 식물추출물로서 로즈마리 워터(열수추출)를 포함하여 이루어지는 소취제 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 물 100중량부； 쌀겨용출물 0.1 내지 0.3중량부； 및 설탕, 포도당, 과당 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 당 1 내지 3중량부；를 포함하여 이루어지는 발효원료에 유용미생물 3 내지 5중량부를 혼합하여 발효시킨 발효원액 100중량부에 대하여, 식물추출물로서 로즈마리 워터 0.01 내지 0.05중량부 및 식물성 계면활성제로서 코코베타인 0.01 내지 0.03중량부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
