A method for manufacturing a shampoo composition according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention comprises a fermentation step of making rice into powder, steaming the powder at a temperature more than or equal to 100 degrees Celsius to make rice cake, adding Nuruk (Korean fermentation starter) and water into the rice cake, mixing and stirring the same, and fermenting the mixture at 25 degrees Celsius for 3 days; a heating step; a first mixing step of mixing base oil and glycerin with the Makkolli (Korean rice wine) fermented liquid and stirring the same; a second mixing step of mixing an Aspergillus / rice fermented extract, a yeast extract, a Houttuynia cordata extract, a Perilla frutescens leaf extract, and a green tea extract after the first mixing step; and a post adding step of comprising a natural derived extract such as a Lactobacillus / persimmon fruit juice extract after the second mixing step.
