PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum blood collection tube holder capable of stably holding a vacuum blood collection tube in it by suppressing a kick-back phenomenon in collecting blood even when the sealing or stopper part of the vacuum blood collection tube is thick or thin.SOLUTION: A butterfly needle is connected to one end and a female connector is connected to the other end of a tube with the butterfly needle. The vacuum blood collection holder comprises a cylinder which has a diameter larger than that of a small-diameter cylinder part having a small-diameter cylinder part at the tip end to which the female connector is connected. The large-diameter cylinder has an opening at the rear end, where the vacuum blood collection tube can be inserted. A projection part which is projected toward the rear end of the cylinder part, is arranged inside the tip end of the large-diameter cylinder.
