PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for covering a fried-like food having a higher effect for preventing the fried-like food from sticking to a sheet after microwave oven cooking and a method for manufacturing a fried-like food and a method for preventing the food from sticking to a sheet using the composition.SOLUTION: The composition for covering a fried-like food in microwave oven cooking includes: (a) 10 to 60 mass% of one or more coarse grains selected from corn grits, semolina, and a pasta ground product (b) 5 to 50 mass% of soybean processed powder (c) 27 to 60 mass% of a powder seasoning component including a brewed powder seasoning and (d) fine bread crumb and/or fine cracker powder.
