Die Erfindung betrifft eine Instant-Getränkezusammensetzung, insbesondere zur Herstellung eines vorzugsweise kalorienreduzierten Instant-Getränks durch Aufbereiten mit einer trinkbaren Flüssigkeit, in Form eines Granulats, wobei die Zusammensetzung mindestens einen Granulatbildner und mindestens einen Geschmacksbildner aufweist sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.
