A cold noodle paper is made of buckwheat and starch powder which are materials for preparing Korean traditional cold noodles, and is prepared and spread for a person to place a variety of food such as vegetables, meats, seafood, etc thereon, pour a sauce thereon, and wrap the same to eat.
